This is a scam exchange, everyone should be careful. The exchange combined with the Broc project robbed users' assets. Deferred user access to the help center! It was the actions of the scammers. After robbing other people's property, this platform silently ignores user complaints, locking users' accounts. Everyone should consider when using the floor! Replying on CH play has a valid message, because the help center does not respond or care about users.

Still Broken – Can’t Create an Account
This has been happening for at least a month now, and I'm yet another person dealing with it. You literally cannot create an account. Tried both phone number and email, but the verification codes they send never work. Every single time, it fails. Clearly, this isn't an isolated issue—fix your system!

This platform is frustrating me, please you people should refund my money I made a withdrawal from another platform which does not have column for inputting memo tag and you people refuse to credit me, I have done all you people requested for Sent videos yet you people as refuse to refund my 45$ worth of CCD coin. If you continues to treat your users this way, a time will come when people will no longer want to use your platform out of fear of losing their funds Please refund my money.
