I had a bad experience. All the drivers canceled me at the last minute when everything was already paid, and although in the app they refunded me all the money, I lost a job opportunity because of it. I have recovered the money, but the bad time I have had is irreversible.

I usually use blablacar on my trips, and I never had problems, but there are drivers who put a very different value from each other and there are some who charge more than what is in the app.

The application has improved a lot, it has become better and better and very practical, however, the fact that it keeps disconnecting if you don't use it in a week bothers you a little.

Summary 5 years on BlaBlaCar as a driver and passenger Overall rating 4.9/5 Almost always went well. Today account suspended, without email, for no apparent reason, without notice and without response to my emails, and of course last blocked transfer as well! really disgusting recognition

I wanted to register as a driver, then the account was blocked without specifying the reason, then the photo cannot be "determined", and the number was banned with the previous account. A lot of wasted time and 0 responses from technical support. Let them shove this backward and dying service into a non-technical hole.

The company expresAdamantina did not communicate to us about the change of passenger boarding location, embarrassment, inconvenience, loss of my appointment, hours at the bus station waiting, I want my money back I never travel with this bus company again, we missed the bus due to lack of communication, we learned from third parties that they are prohibited from entering the bus station., No one knew how to inform us where they are picking up the passengers, revolting this situation my son and I cried.
