you try to login and it does not hold your password and you go to get the reservation number and it kicks you back out very annoying

Not easy to navigate at all and many of the things to get signed up do not work. Customer service is horrible and has no desire to help a customer out trying to navigate through the system.

It does not save any reservation information, if you need to look for additional info, you will have to start the process again

App is ok but quit sending me coupons and upgrades and discounts only to tell me it dont apply to "the vehicle you selected". Was cheaper to rent without logging in than when i logged in as a "preffered customer". I dont ask for a discount so quit sending them if your not gonna honor them.

Basic app on the handle current reservation side. Need to have a situation more like national as they allow extensions in app. Also phone system is horrible. Recording shows it throwing me to Spanish for no reason whatsoever.
