Pretty unstable app. Basic functionalities stop working often. Wallet is a pain and there doesn't seem to be a way to get refund from wallet, back to our card/account. Too many problems when trying to use card directly; the app promotes only the usage of wallet.

I am one of the user of careem I would not complain about the app or whatsoever 🙄 I would complain about the driver behaviour or this kind of asking about their passenger phone number or any social media etc. sometimes I really don't know how to respond to be honest ( very expensive transportation and I feel very very uncomfortable , Asking me can we be friends,can we go you know eat go see nice places, to be honest I really don't care, (I feel not safe at all )

One if the worst app, after captain canceled the ride then in my app showing outstanding balance, if I asked with customer care they are asked to pay outstanding balance what showing

Taxis accept rides but they don't bother to take the road to you, they walk left and right and when it's late and you cancel the ride to look for someone else the app makes you pay a cancellation fee, it sucks

Mostly, unprofessional drivers and very tired cars. On several occasions, the driver accepts the trip and doesn't move, doesn't reply to text and calls, forcing you to cancel. Then, you get charged cancellation fees, and you have to apply for a refund.
