This app is scamer
I bought a fight ticket $1470on this app, when I refunded it , it said I can get $1425 refund, but I need pay $75 for cancel fee, I paid that,but I didn't get my refund, I called them and ask them when I can get my refund, they said, no refund, and they charged $75 for cancel. So I lost $1550

Redeeming points for egiftcard cheapoair
I have over 30,000 points in my account and everywhere I go wether it's on the website or app I am trying to redeem it for a “egiftcard to use for flights on cheapoair” but there nothing on either one to redeem, I want to pay for a flight id want to go on in July with it, but even so it won't let me use/redeem it on check out. I've been using cheapoair for two years, I tried calling customer service but they were no help. Please id just want to redeem my points for egiftcard so I can use it and close my account later as I don't want to have one for this app no more. Please can I get some help here.

All that I want to do is make a payment on my credit card. I've been making payments using this app for years. All of sudden, update, and it sent me to Synchrony, CheapOair but nowhere is there a place where I can make a payment!
