NAME_REMOVED is terrible and the customer support are very pleasant but not knowledgable of their positions .....all they can tell you is to install and uninstall if your App isnt working.....I gave up and just use the desktop....rid myself of the Chime App since it wasnt working properly....and unfortunately the customer service IT had no idea on how to repair the issue......SMH...

The random times of not having access to your funds when some technical is going on with NAME_REMOVED randomly and not given notice before hand seem to happen when NAME_REMOVED personally need it the most is the only reason why NAME_REMOVED dont give Chime 5 stars. It doesn't happen very often but when it does it's so angering. I'm one of those "I dont like having cash on me," types let's get it to the point that it happens no more than once a year please and I'll be forever grateful!!!

Chime is the best bank account NAME_REMOVED ever had. I have the secured credit card as well and was really impressed. NAME_REMOVED had prepaid credit cards that weren't able to make purchases that NAME_REMOVED could with my Chime card. The only thing is Spot Me. I'll have a limit but it rarely works when it does I do tip,but there's been times I may have the money in my saving and Spot Me and an automatic payment I forgot about may get declined where Spot me should have covered it NAME_REMOVED's my only complaint.

DO NOT BANK WITH CHIME
Been with chime for about 2 years and out of nowhere they have locked and suspended my account. I was supposed to receive an update regarding this issue over a week ago and still have no update and no access to my money. Also apparently you can't call and talk to anyone to resolve these issues. It's only done through email. Chime is awful. **I would also like to add that I commented the same exact thing on multiple of Chime's posts on Facebook and they have know blocked me from further commenting and also deleted my comments. Do what you want with that information.

I've never had any problems with NAME_REMOVED that couldn't be fixed right away. Any problems have been my error, not NAME_REMOVED

I love it!! I get paid as soon as my direct deposit is loaded on card. If an ATM charges me they refund my card. It's FDIC and accepted everywhere. I receive alerts anytime there's an unusual charge.
