won't let me deposit my check, that doesn't make any sense, not all jobs have direct deposit, i have to deposit checks, I just want my money.

I used chime for months. Had no problems. Recently my phone was stolen allowing the theifs access to my account. Chime refunded 3 of 4 transactions. But the problem is, they decided that the largest transaction ($300!!) was legitimate dispite me being locked out of my account during that time. I recommend that you never use chime. I definitely am switching banks.

I wish i could give NO stars... This account was hacked before i even got to use it!!! The hackers number ist STILL on my account, (Which means the verification codes GO TO THE HACKERS PHONE!!!) and even after going through the verification process TWICE, once via email and via the Chime app, i STILL am not able to change the number. Guess what happened when i informed Chime, THEY ASKED FOR THE SAME VERIFICATION INFORMATION A 3RD TIME!!!!!! No absolutely not. Horrible 1st impression NO THANKS!!

Beware of using Chime! I just had someone use my card this past week and charged over $1600. They attempted to make multiple charges ranging from $1750-$3300 before finally making a successful one of over $1600. I went through their useless dispute department,sent proof, and they are doing nothing about it. Do not trust them with your money.

NAME_REMOVED dispute process. I tried disputing two things one for broken product shipped to me and wrong food delivered to me and they say there's no error on both. I lost my money for bad service

Having serious problem moving my saved into my checking even logging out clearing cache data. I'm so upset! In Temecula California right now and I'm 30 miles from home no gas because I thought I could move my savings into checking! I spoke to some one but they can't do anything. I used to think this Chime App was 5 + stars! Lately I can't even move my money. I feel that could be a violation of some sort. If I don't get my saved cash I'll contact an attorney. I don't know why there doing this?
