I have had my debit card for about 3 weeks and I have never been able to pay with it or withdraw money. It always gets declined even though I have set up my direct deposit and transfer money from my NAME_REMOVED account. A live chat agent did tell me that they were experiencing issues with visas. That was 3 days ago and this morning it got declined again at the gas pump.

NAME_REMOVED. I ordered one and I've never used it. its negative so some scammer has it and changed my e mail ect.? I have no access and they have not shut it down as NAME_REMOVED requested with no negative balance. Negative rating on my credit from this.

Poor customer service
Received a debit card with a bad chip and can't get a new card. Was told to swipe my card instead of inserting the chip. When you swipe a chip active card guess what it tells you to insert the chip and then declines. Will be closing my account after this Friday's payroll.

Back when chime first came put I disputed a transaction I did not make that made out of state so chime then emails me account closure never resolving my dispute then they made me wait 3 weeks to get my remaining balance on the card I have since applied and still cannot get an account and the dispute was never resolved and you never get to talk to anyone just texting so no one is ever held accountable. I tried applying for another account but they are discriminating my ssn so I can't reapply.

I've had the worst experience with my debit transactions declining when funds are available. I've called customer service and was told it was a company issue and to try again later. I had waited to try again a few days later and it still happened again!
