I recently had an unauthorized transaction on my account, and when I disputed the matter, they denied me TWICE, when it's clear as day that the transactions were made in Wyoming while I live in North Carolina, as far as having great security on your bank account, I do not recommend chime to anyone.

It's a joke. I have waited over two months for my physical debit card.i says it was delivered but no card. Chime in my eyes is a joke!

Deposited NUMBER_REMOVED dollars to my account and did it ten days ago sent receipt to chime support and the money is still not in my account. I would give chime a zero star if I could. I recommend to anyone who is thinking about getting chime card don't

I tryed signing up, even asked for help, never let me sign in, it didn't even let me use my second email and phone number. I just wanted to use you guy but didn't get the chance.

Done with chime never accepts mobile check depoist. Tried multiple times never works. Ridiculous lousy tried reaching customers service said nothing they can do.

Poor NAME_REMOVED backing or support ordered something online never received wasn't able to get the merchant contacted my bank to dispute and was denied a refund because the merchant provided proof of purchase 🤔 I never denied the purchase I just never received it thats why I disputed no information on tracking confirmation or signature of received property however I was denied because I made the purchase even if I didn't receive it chime doesn't care I will not support chime any longer

They scam you out of your money saying that you aren't you... And say You need to send proof of Identity and residency and when you do they say they never received it and you end up losing all the money in your account cause you're locked out.

Try to deposit a check online before I start direct deposit but Chime wouldn't except it. Had to return the check to my employer. Will take at least two week to get back. NAME_REMOVED be using direct deposit, to afraid now.
