They draw you in on the early direct deposit promise and when deposit after deposit comes in late they blame the employer and the ACH process but I have my DD split between Branch, Empower and Chime. NAME_REMOVED comes in between 2pm and midnight on NAME_REMOVED. Empower is always 8 to 830pm on Wednesday..always. Chime is 9pm to 3am Thursday night so slightly faster than NAME_REMOVED or the same speed. The funds get released all at the same time. Chime is just slow. Don't use them for early DD.

After I switched phone providers and upgraded to a new phone. I am unable to use chime at all. I recommend do not use chime.

This chime app
It is ok but now I'm trying to do an update before it wouldn't even open from before waiting to see if it will even update for me since my device is a USER_PHONE_NUMBER+ and won't update past VALUE_REMOVED Just checked it. THE APP KEEPS CLOSING FIX THIS.

Highly upset
I've had chime for two years now and never had a problem. Now all of a sudden my app doesn't want to open. It won't even stay open long enough for me to see the login screen!! And I'm getting no where when it comes to fixing the problem. I've deleted the app and re downloaded it. I've turned my phone on and off. I've deleted the data and cache. And I know it compatible with my phone so why won't it work?

Latest update keeps crashing on my iPhone 6. OS VALUE_REMOVED.5.
This is the first time the app hasn't stayed open. I've even reinstalled. Restarted. Reinstalled again. No dice.

BE WEARY
This is my first review I left on anything. But I wanted me first one to be chime to express the amount of frustration and explain the lack of competence this banking company has. 1. Customer service has no idea what they're doing and they're in the same boat as you regarding your questions 2. Direct deposit is Russian roulette, you may get it on time or you may get it late. It's currently 8 days that I have not received my deposit although getting told it will come in a certain day. I really suggest using a physical bank to have you finances kept. It's a lot easier and will not have to deal with online services. Chime has the experience of a College Sophomore who cheated their way in.

App accessibility
For 2 Days I have not been able to access The Chime App, I have a IPhone, I did call Customer Service, they informed me there is no reporting of a Chime App problem. She informed me she would escalate the call. I need some Tech Support. I don't like to call or go to my local atm, to check the status or activity on my Chime Account, This is why NAME_REMOVED are more convenient. Help!!!!!!
