I have two complaints. It takes a long time to transfer money between accounts. The second for complaint is I live in a cell phone dead zone and need to drive to get verification codes. To sign into my account. Can't you send them in emails

all the commercials and ads say up to 200 but have been with chime for years and years and still only allowed up to 70 and we tip everytime or almost everytime shall I say

They have a 90-day reply time for a dispute and will NOT provide a credit within that time. They also cannot block a merchant even after saying they would. DO NOT bank with these people. Anyone have suggestions for another bank? I am switching immediately.

when it comes to disputes, chime is a joke. they kept denying the claim before even investigating. I would just recommend using chime to get your deposit early. do not make purchases.

Chime SUCKS! There is no help with a fraudulently opened account. If you have an account with Chime, BEWARE! Calling customer service is pointless! All they advise is to email customer support. I've done that! No one has gotten back to me! Now I need to freeze my credit via the 3 credit reporting agencies. This is exactly how I wanted to spend my weekend! If you're a FRAUDSTER, this is perfect for you because it will take DAYS for customer support to get back to the account owner, if at all!
