When you try to add a new card (mban), you need to confirm the transaction in the app on the same device, which is not possible because the authorization page refreshes in this app

In Wolfsburg worst you can pay, 6 out of 6 what I had on the way today non-functional. I don't recommend subscribing to it at all, I walk anyway!

I signed up a few days ago to try it out and it went well. But today 16/04/24 the app took away almost 5 euros from me even though I didn't even touch this day. After this I lost confidence and deleted the account. I would like a refund if possible

The system is very good, in the Tri-City it has by far the largest range, but a few days ago all scooters in the Tri-City area disappeared overnight.

- EDIT added two stars for efficient support. EDIT- The costs are really exaggerated. The only convenient option is the pass. The bikes are badly maintained (the problem is the uncivilized people I would say). That said, this morning I used a bike that was borderline vergnostic. To do 3km I made a huge effort. The bike was falling apart and you needed the legs of a triathlete to get going. Bikes like this have to be taken out of service!!

the app withdraws 2.5 randomly and its supposed refunds them, yesterday i bought the deal for 12.99 in order to pay 1 for half an hour, so i was suppsed to spend 1 for each, instead i spent an extra 5 so now yhere are no money on my paypal and i cant use it even thpugh i would have had the money if they didnt steal them. so now If use it 2 times more i would be out 10 euros ?? until they decide to refund them? ihave never used a service where they charge you for stuff you didnt use yet

So I put 10 euros paid in advance on dott but could not implement it with payment method via their app, not being able to rent a bike and 10 euros from my account
