I will never use eDreams!!!! This application has a stupid conditions !! I only used this app once after which they took £69.99 directly from my card, paying for the app for a year, I didn't agree with this condition. respectively they took this money from me without notifying me in advance, they didn't even send an email to confirm if I want to pay this money! I called them, they were trying to convince me to put this money on the app to use in the future, but I don't want and don't plan to use this app in the future. The lady said that she cannot recover the money because it has already been paid! this is a bad policy to enrich eDrems holders

18 April, at morning I was chocked to found my card empty 64 Euro in my bank card are gone. When I went to bank, the told me that I have a reservation in Edreams but I am sure I didn't do that and I am sure no one have my card information. So please can I find an explcation of that. Answer me as soon as possible and thanks

Never purchase tickets from this website as they claim to give ticket changes upon request, and I had to pay an additional cost for it. Now that I've paid $240 for the tickets, when I call them, they tell me I need to pay the fair differential of $170. It took the inexperienced representatives an hour and twenty minutes to process a simple ticket modification request. They also don't speak with professionalism. Purchasing tickets straight from the airline website is preferable.

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. I had such a bad experience, with bad customer support, plus the sudden renewal of membership €65 without any advance notification or reminder. And supposedly you can cancel online, but there actually isn't any option other than calling them. Calling is "supposedly" free, but for me it wasn't, and I wasted a lot of money calling the customer service. TLDR: They take your money, they have lots of problems and they don't fix it, and they don't refund your money.

A completely fraudulent company, fraudulently signing people up for their useless eDreams Prime, then charging money for an annual subscription that I didn't agree to. There is no way on the website or app to monitor subscriptions, debits, or even the ability to get documentation for expenses. To unsubscribe you have to call them, then they turn on a long, long script just to not refund the money, blame the user and eventually refuse to refund the money for a useless service.

I buy a ticket, never again of course, they have a new scam, you book the ticket and in one of the steps they automatically subscribe you to edreams Prime, 90 euros a year, you call to unsubscribe and they tell you that you have 30 days to do it, that now they can only offer you a voucher and that's it. Rooooboooo. Professional online muggers, because the problem is that you don't read the fine print.

Don't buy it! Be very careful when buying airline tickets and other services on the website. They do not respect the Brazilian legislation, the support is practically non-existent and the service provided is terrible, without clear information to customers and etc. I recommend paying a little more and buying from a reliable website. I don't recommend it!

Horrible experience, and cruel, they took my $99 dollar's for a subscription fee i didn't want and didn't ask for, but had to click on or i couldn't buy my plane ticket for a flight i needed. Completely unfair. Run away from this company they only want your money.
