Stupid platform for booking tickets + using the algorithm of the devil changing the price of tickets after you have looked into prices on different.

Regression from THALYS
It's ridiculous that the merger with THALYS left passengers with fewer options and features in the app. Reserving neighbouring seats with a discount card is no longer possible. Previewing seats before booking disappeared. You cannot even make sure to travel in the same car. Prices increased; discounts decreased. Disappointing, and not the competition to flying this merger was supposed to bring about.

App clear, data entry easy, also link to Google Wallet works; unfortunately there is no information about the car order in the app, e.g. car 21, front or rear or in the middle; also at the track station Cologne no info

Service in Terminal Decline
I tried to change my seat Amsterdam to London via the app - app says it's possible but when I save it the change is not saved, the app says it has a fault or that the seat has been chosen by another passenger (then why display it as available?). I tried in total over 10 times via app and browser. This app also has several anomalies: when posting DOB sometimes it insists on 08 (August), at other times it will only accept a single numeral 8 (August). It is seriously XXXXXX. If I want to see my boarding card I have to input my data, and that of my partner, EVERY TIME. It's a service in terminal decline.

Poor signage
Virtually every time I use Eurostar there is ambiguity over which the carriage/coach number the seat is located in. From the platform prior to boarding the coach number is signed BUT on mounting there is a 50/50 guess as to whether you should turn left or right. Very often myself or passengers are looking for more confirmation but there is none. Sometimes passengers are simply sitting in the wrong seats not really through fault of their own. Please give more guidance once on the train as to what coach/carriage one is entering?
