Can't use to pay at pump anymore since update. Asks for pin that I never had.

App is Useless
I never had a problem logging in but now I can't do that even though I've reset the password so many times. You can't even see what your rewards number is so you can type it in at the pump to collect your points. I've requested a new card and I'll be sure not to lose this one. But it's very frustrating spending this much money on gas and not being able to collect my points. Useless!!!!

Keeps logging me out!! This app is just a inconvenience because it keeps logging me out!! Which takes way more time then it ever would have just swiping my card. Stop logging people out!!

No verification code sent
App still unusable. Can't log into the iOS app. It needs a verification code from my mobile which is never received. Can log into website fine. Phone number is correct. Can't create new account using phone number. I even get text messages telling me how many points I have. But app login is broken.

Can’t sign up
Won't let me sign up, keeps giving me an error. No fuel points for me, I guess. 🤷🏽♀️

Simplify
It's nice to have an app on your phone to pay for fuel, but this app has become less convenient with each upgrade. in the past, you could scroll easily to pick your pump now you need to bring up a keyboard and type in the digits manually increasing the chance for errors and adding time often while the attendant is waiting patiently. Since the app already knows your location it would be convenient if the app automatically discovered the pump that you were at to bring up the payment prompt of course the user could always make a correction to that. The bottom line is that the app should eliminate all friction points. It should feel more like a pitstop experience than a shopping cart experience.

What happened??? Suddenly Apple Pay no longer works. Constant error message that app does not support Apple Pay even though it is selected as preferred payment method in the app
