What is going on with your app?!?!
I have had to delete and reinstall your app 3 times now!!! I can't pay for my gas, because I don't have a physical card, because it is my husbands account. I only can pay for my gas through the app and it WON'T WORK!!! I just keep getting the dots acting like it is working, but nothing happens!! Please fix it-this is extremely frustrating!!!

Well I still have yet to get my points as of 9/19/2023 i have looking at my records from ur store... balance of 4676pts. EVERYTIME I EMAIL OR CALL I GET TOLD IM A LIER THAT I DONT HAVE THE POINTS THAT IM LOOKING AT FROM ur store but when I try to use them at my store serv-n-go [address]Morrison , Tennessee.. say u can't use them after they ask do you want to use ur points ? Sure ...hmmm looks like u can't it like u have another card ...I DONT HAVE ANY OTHER CARD..AND PUT IT

Glitchy No credit for Supreme
The app is very glitchy, so frequently, when if it is not working, you have to call in and speak with an associate, but unfortunately you Do Not receive any credit towards the 3 fills/ month for Supreme gasoline. That needs to change.

Was working great…
About mid august the app stopped working. I have to uninstall it and reinstall every time I go to the pump to get it to work. Really aggravating and time consuming.

Waste of….everything
Signed up, bought gas through app at my local Mobil station. Didn't see any indication of any points. Next visit to Mobile I wasted five minutes trying to get the app to open but it never did. Later on I had to delete and reinstall. After logging back in there is no record I ever made a purchase on the account. I may try again if I bother to stop at another Exxon Mobil but certainly not going out of my way to do so.

Keeps saying something went wrong. Try again later. Well, it's been 3 days and still not working. I even uninstalled and reinstalled hoping that would fix it and to no avail it did not. So I have no idea if my new card is actually saving money. According to the receipt, it says that it is but I can't even get on the app or website to check without it saying "something went wrong. Try again later." So far it is a horrible app and experience. Wish I could give it zero stars.
