I follow it from about 10 GG with good results. But after a while it gets repetitive. I had considered unlocking premium mode to get advice on what to eat, but the reviews read here made me desist as it is expressly said that neither food tips nor physical activity are included. So for the moment I stay in free mode, hoping for developments. Thank you

Unfortunately no connection with Samsung Health, but 1 star deduction. Otherwise solid app, the charts are somewhat hidden. It would be better they would be directly on the home page or in the diary.

Too much!!! Advertising, including full-page and by forced waiting time switched advertising every time the app opens, clouds the otherwise very good impression strongly. This annoyed me too much in the end, the app was uninstalled for this reason. What a pity

So far I was very satisfied with the app, but since today the interval of the app is no longer right. I hope this will be fixed quickly. The app says my fasting would start in 18h, but I'm already fasting.

Veey simple and efficient, does what I want, which is counting the hours for me and tracking my fast. You don't have too much ads, although when you have one, it's annoying, I kill the app and start it over. You lose power and even the app isn't started, it keeps tracking, which is nice.
