Customer service is just bots
My wife and I have tickets for a show tomorrow, but sheâs come down today with a cough and sore throat, possibly strep. I know weâre past the 48 hour change deadline, but I thought Iâd reach out to see if someone would make an exception for a medical issue, especially since there are still tickets available for both the show we booked and the one we would change to. Instead I get a canned response about missing the deadline and the EXACT same response from a supposedly different agent when I replied to the first response. At no point was I able to actually talk to a person. I wonât be using this service again.

App glitched and overcharged
Be careful when you order. We ordered a family pack. Somehow the app added an extra ticket while processing the payment. I let them know immediately and they refused to refund an error made by their app and will not let you speak to a supervisor when you call or email. They just tell you that all sales are non refundable.

I was given a ticket from someone and downloaded this app to claim it. The event was cancelled so I was issued a voucher. I wish I could just give the voucher back to the person who originally gave me the ticket but I can't on the app. I decided I then wanted to use my voucher to buy an event for someone else, but it turns out I'm not allowed to give it to other people if the event doesn't issue QR codes through the phone. So now I'm stuck with this voucher with no events that interest me.

App not user friendly, misleading and poor customer service
I would advise against using this app. The app misleads into purchasing tickets not intended to purchase. When attempting a refund customer service claimed there was nothing that could be done. and no refund could be given for the accidentally purchased tickets. Very poor bordering on fraudulent service!

1 voucher per transaction!!!
Who decided that was a good idea? You are just left with small balances on your vouchers which you cannot sum together so you either waste them or spend k mo pre money to use them up. Bit of a rip off I thinkâ¦. Fix this and itâs 10/10.

This app sells some sketchy events, research your events before purchasing. One I paid $55 per ticket for never even reserved the location they were advertising, and only cancelled the event an hour before it was scheduled to begin.

Bought a ticket for what I thought was admission to Casa Loma in Toronto, but it was just a deceptively-worded external audio tour. If the price looks to good to be true, it is probably a scam. It should not be listed alongside legit tickets on Google's purchasing options.

Very bad experience! Very high pre-emption costs on the purchase of tickets for the H0 Train Museum in Florence. I asked, via email, if I could get the museum ticket directly at the ticket office and I was denied so I bought three tickets (two adults and a child). Arrived at the museum I discover that there is a cash desk where you can buy the ticket safely but, the most bitter surprise, was the surcharge I paid to fever of €15 more than the prices on display.
