Got the recommended app when I saw the advertisement for the Titanic exhibition coming soon and chose the option to ‘Continue with Apple I.D' instead of creating an account using my email address. Because I did this, it's created an email address from my Apple I.D that I can't get emails through. I try to change my email address on my profile and it won't allow me to. Now, when I book for the event, it tells me they've sent an email with all the info to my ‘email address' which is the wrong one. Also, after signing up for the Titanic Waitlist on the website before getting the app, I got an email with a £5 off voucher. When I add it to the app, it is not recognised and can't be used! There is absolutely nothing about a time limit for the voucher on the email. FIX THESE ISSUES PLEASE. Not a good first impression!! Update: the Fever customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. Although they do email back, in every single email it is very clear that they haven't read my emails properly and so suggest things I have previously told them I've done. Absolute waste of time and no help at all.

Guys don't use this app. It won't refund your money!!! This is a scam

I don't understand how an app can have a no return or ticket exchange policy and have almost 5 stars. As an event search app: great. As an application for ticket sales: a trap that does not even allow changes or returns in the tickets and on top of that when you claim it they tell you (as if it were good) to give away the tickets you want to change or return and to buy others. Someone from consumption should review this policy which, by the way, should not be legal.

Venues should offer visibility of the full show while sitting down not standing of sitting on the back of the seat. Show was perfect thought!

Just downloaded the app. I'm a bit concerned with the bad reviews , it sounds like a good app,

They sold me tickets to a Scavenger Hunt that does not exist and are refusing to refund me. I keep getting automated responses that do not address the issue. Horrible customer service and fraudulent business practices. Do not use this company!

Are you kidding me, making me download your trash app to get tickets I paid for? I wish I could give this negative stars.

After accidentally making a purchase for the wrong event, an event they made look A LOT like the actual event I was trying to attend, I messaged customer service about a refund and they responded by saying that they thought a refund wouldn't be an issue. So with this information, I did not make an effort to attend the event due to being told I would get my $80 back. Well, I get messaged back by the same unknowledgeable Will at customer service that I would not be getting a refund back, as it says in their Terms of Use. Though, it's very misleadingly, it says they will process the request even though they don't honor it? This makes no sense. You either need to say you do or don't offer a refund, not both. Their customer service needs to be rechecked and their wording needs to be honored. I feel as a customer, I have been very misled and scammed. Needless to say, I guess I will always be reading those ‘Terms of Use' because apps and companies just keep getting more questionable. I have never been so misled or treated with such disrespect by any venue/event organizer/company. I have never gone to purchase tickets for an event where their refund policy is not displayed while doing the purchasing, not buried deep in a very misleading ‘Terms of Use'. You think, in these times, companies would more respectful and careful with peoples money. Now I'm paying for an event I never wanted to attend and going to have to send it to someone that doesn't want it, because they only offer you to “send the tickets to a friend”, or they just scammed me out of $80.
