Downloaded fine then doesnât work
Downloaded fine supposed to be compatible for my phone but once try to open anything just an endless loading page. Very disappointing missed getting tickets to an event as couldnât get access. The response Iâve received from the company has helped at all. Download the latest version- thatâs just what Iâve done. Still doesnât work

Some empty links, without much information about some events... It could get better! And I think the management fees are expensive. You also have to make purchases every so often if you want to have discounts or things like that, which I don't think is very fair if I go sporadically to events.

Do not download -Fraudulent company
Do not do business with company. They ar without a doubt the worst company I've ever experienced. They steal customers information and don't provide refunds when they over or double charge

I try to buy 3 family tickets but I don't realize that there is a pre-selected Standard Adult. I therefore mistakenly buy 4 tickets instead of 3. I contact them immediately explaining what happened and asking for a refund of the extra ticket (obviously not yet used). They tell me that tickets are non-refundable. Bad booking service and bad customer service.

The truth is very unhappy, yesterday I was looking at different events because I wanted to know what was in the application, without confirming any tickets or having authorized any payment, they send me confirmation of not one but two tickets, not only that, but warning them that it is a failure in the application, and that they have charged without prior authorization, talking to Vincent, one of the heads of the department tells me that it is only possible to give away the tickets???? Anyway..
