Completely useless for anything other than season passes. Singles and day tickets are unnecessarily complicated and region locked. I live in town A and was travelling to town B. But you can only buy a ticket that covers either A or B. What a scam, and a waste of money. Furious.

Monopolies cause laziness

If there was a zero star option, I would have given it for this app. Worst travel app ever. If an app doesn't show live location, it's acceptable. But this app shows it and that's almost always wrong info especially on Saturday and Sundays. It shows bus approaching your station and vanish suddenly. I had to take taxi on all weekend days. I'm using it in swansea. If there was another bus service, I will definitely go for it

Mostly never able to track the buses. Such a useless app. Bus doesn't arrive on the shown time and not able to track bus 90% of the time.

Bus tracker no longer showing on the app. Buses rarely run according to the timetable. This app used to have a great feature which was the live bus tracker. It's no longer available and it is very hard to know when the next bus will arrive because I can't see it on the map. I often choose to walk instead rather than wasting time and money waiting for a bus that may or may not arrive. Bring back the live tracker please!

Live tracking is rubbish

Most of the time the live tracking doesn't work and if it does work the minutes to bus are wrong anyway.

Everything about this app is useless. It's not intuitive at all. To simply start and end a journey for future day's is a nightmare. Please have someone to change the whole app so that it is better to use. Frustrating is an understatement.
