The download option does not work as a historical ticket, nor does it work well in general, it should have had the option to pay at least per week or months for authorized residents, calculating holidays and free hours

Since Friday in Lyon, it's impossible to pay for my parking, it requires the agreement of my bank, which I validate and it makes me mistake, I tried several times to start again and even to restart my phone and even problems. Forced to chase a parking meter in addition, I lose 15min of my working time each time.

I can't understand why fines can't be paid through the app. The maximum time in my city Sant Feliu de Guixols is terrible, only two hours. It is well known that this city council doesn't give a damn about commerce. The price of the ticket without comments

No notification before the end of the time No time update on the interface. Forced to go back to the home screen and my parking lot to see how much time was left.

Multiple charges and still didn’t work
The only reason I used this app was because it was the only public parking app offered in the area. The first time I attempted to use it it charged my card but then said it could not complete my request and to try again later. I tried 3 more times thinking it surely would not completely charge my card and must be an internet issue. All 4 times the app did not work so I ended up using the meter. The next day I saw all 4 pending charges in my bank account even though I never received the parking service through the app because it never loaded, and all 4 charges went through. How can this app take your money before even confirming service? If there are any other parking apps or meters offered in the area, use those instead of this app to avoid the headache.
