Ordered 25 pax of nasi lemak with add on of otah. The otah cost $1.62 each. The order came with missing otah. I feedback to help center and eventually the agent gave me a best resolution which is no refund for the otah. I dont understand how this can be a best resolution.

The swipe to delete item feature is not helpful at all. I accidentally deleted my item many times. It is enough to just have bottom delete, no need to allow users to swipe to remove items easily. The app purpose is for user to order items not to remove items.

Website and apps restaurants are not tally. When you search for food, the apps will give different results that has nothing gotta do with your search.
