It doesn't work in Spain. I added my phone number for verification code, get verification code, enter verification code, then I'm asked to check link in email sent to me to do a verification again, never get any email and keep me in the loop of adding verification code I get on my phone, can't by pass this screen

Once flawless, the favorite taxi app. Lately, I've been having a lot of trouble finding a driver, even when ordering in advance. You can no longer be relied upon. The competition finds a driver right away. And Freenow tries to trick you into a more expensive option, which also doesn't always result in finding drivers. It remains to uninstall the application.

The worst of all apps of this type. Has the driver confirmed your course? Don't be surprised if it's 5 minutes to your destination, it will say that it cancels your trip after all:) No free drivers? You can choose the comfrot option, which is more expensive, but also a better car.... Well, no, not exactly, the drivers and the cars are literally the same... You'll just pay more, and that doesn't mean that anyone will accept your course;) Such situations happen notoriously... if you want to get there, I recommend Bolt or Uber, definitely not that.

. I use the app a lot and love the mostly uncomplicated process. However, it is not possible to change my email address... 2 times password changed, which I hate but there is no other option... everything done according to the instructions just leads me back to the same place... support to get the same instructions as on the net.... Customers actually have a life... 1 hour for nothing... look for an alternative at the next opportunity

The waiting time for a driver is always at least 2 times longer. Often, a driver with a short trip stands still so that the passenger resigns.

Pickup accuracy bad. In Dublin, €3 fee per ride on top of the meter. Uber charges €0. Drivers also get skimmed more (15%) than uber (12.5%). The only advantage of this service over uber is the pre-book ability, useful at peak times (although not guaranteed)

I don't recommend it, when I ordered a taxi and the payment for the ride didn't show up at all, they took the money from my account twice. When I write to the office, they don't even deign to give me back the money, claiming that my account has not been debited. They deceive people at every turn.
