The worst control application
Hate hate hate Geeni interface!; the amount of times you have to tap a room to select and it simply won't even acknowledge there are indeed lights in that group! Soon as I find replacements with an app I don't hate I'm replacing my current bulbs.

Recently a software update arrived on my phone and since that moment the app stopped sending motion notifications or the notice is the only detail that is happening recently

Big issues…
For the most part I can't actually get the live camera stream to work on the app.. just keeps loading or failed. I have fantastic wifi and good data service and it never works no matter how many times I try to get the camera to open.. very disappointing and frustrating

Love the plugs but …
I've had them for 3 months and loved them until the “off line” message and unpredictable response to requests started 2 days ago. They are the only product in our house that is intermittently off line and given the reviews I won't spent time looking to fix it

Bugs are so annoying
First off I have to say I love the app and the cameras. That being said I have 2 issues that I hope they fix. The first one is even on low detection setting bugs make the camera motion detected alert go off. So at night my cameras are constantly alerting even there it's just a moth or any other bug flying past. My 2nd complaint is that we can not remove the water mark. That being said I do love how easy it is to setup the cameras and changing the settings is a breeze. The video quality if very good and being able to store alerts on a cloud is amazing. I just hope they manage to fix those 2 issues.

Great cam. Very clear picture only problem is it's a headache connecting it. The QT code never works I always have to call and take 30 minutes just to connect

Stop trying to market to me with notifications.
Adding additional advertising in the app that I can't turn off is extremely frustrating.

Wouldn’t connect to Wifi
not compatible with latest ios… why? I will be returning the wifi security camera because I couldn't use it.
