Stranded for 36 hrs trying to get home and I am disabled and 61 blind and deaf and woman attendant shouted in a bullhorn in my face after missing my connection and having to retract my paths and nothing to eat and Greyhound employees say they aren't responsible for my eating but I will never ride Greyhound Again 💯

I travel from Cincinnati to New York and after several stops our bus broke down leaving on on the highway in a very dangerous situation. After 6 hour in the middle of the highway without any police backup from 11:30pm to 6:30 am we were picked up by another bus. I was suppose to be at Port Authority in NY at 7:15am and we got there at 4:00pm. It was a horrible trip and all we got was an email apologizing for the inconvenience. I won't ever recommend this bus line to anyone.
