Unusable! I suspect that it could still be a good navigation app, but haven't been able to try it yet because I get the message every 20 seconds that the app is not responding! What a pity! Samsung S20fe, Android 13, One UI 5.1

After the last update of 4/26/24, the app starts much too slowly and has to be confirmed with 4-8 times to close or wait for the Android demand to then show the map. As a result, the app is currently unusable.

This is not worth downloading. First, the app gives way too much info during navigation. Second, I never arrived at any of the destinations programmed. I always ended up stopping navigation at the destination with this app, still giving directions to the destination, never announcing, "you have arrived". I un-installed it. Got MapQuest instead. Works great.

After the last update, nothing works anymore, uninstalled and competitor product sought, very sad

I used to think the app was very good. With each update, it got worse. Memory problems, long boot time, missing cards, etc. With the update to version 4.11.300, only the home screen comes and that's it. The only message that comes up is "HERE WEGo is not responding". Even 0 stars would be too much.

Compared to all other navigation apps, Here is definitely the No. 1! Especially since pedestrians, bicycles, scooters, cars, here, best meet the needs of all road users! For example, if you only use a 50cc vehicle, you are constantly afraid of being slammed onto the highway, often even when it was switched off, which would have led to very dangerous situations. It looks like this issue has been fixed with the update, which I will be doing exactly in the next few months.

The app has a new problem, at least for me. all of a sudden since 3 days after entering the destination, temporary problem try again later.

Everything would be fine, but the app doesn't work in the background, although everything is enabled in the settings and the battery saver mode is disabled - as soon as you minimize the application, it immediately disconnects from tracking the route. And there are no notifications when you're approaching your destination, even if you don't close the app. By the way, in the list of public transport stops, it also does not track which one I am on. It is active only on which you sit down and does not switch further.

Good interface in android auto, can be changed in the car on the what to avoid screen, displays the current speed and speed limit, clear map, the ability to change the mode of notifications/commands to screen in android auto.
