The maps are old, the osm site is much more up-to-date, the update does not help, the database is old too.

Poor quality maps - no recommended

I subscribed for one year and put up with having to spend hours downloading different regions every time there was an update. The visual acuity for the maps themselves is poor, especially when comparing them to other like apps available. After purchasing a new iPad, the subscription wouldn't transfer. I contacted customer support and got little assistance and a response that my email didn't show a subscription. I then sent a screen shot of my App Store Subscriptions, which clearly showed that I had a subscription to customer support and didn't receive any response. Such a waste of time. I canceled my subscription and now use another service. The concept is good, the actual map quality and support is terrible.

I have a problem! After writing a first route, I want to write a second one and the screen tells me: "unable to calculate the route". I can't calculate a second route!!

In the past Maps.me was all free. Now... You have to pay... What a bad thing ! ! ! We cannot pay for everything, you could allow some basic use without paying... I'm going to de-install this bad app... (Was a good app before...).

The application is not bad, but lately something has been going wrong.from point A to point B, the shortest route is not necessarily short in kilometers.in the course of movement, it categorically does not want to rebuild the route!! And he tries to lead you into such a thicket where there are no roads!!

I would like it better if the map graphics were more readable. The further you move away from the map, the less you can see! Even at a short distance, important details disappear! Such as roads! The current quality of the graphics disqualifies Mapa.My look how beautiful it looks in Mapy.Cz Also sorely lacking is the possibility of showing different hiking trails.
