Just call hotel and book directly
I've made several reservations through this company. I tried to cancel one, their app worthless. Never loaded my reservation, looked for a contact us number…. Couldn't find one. Then when I found the number I put my confirmation number and the automated system couldn't find it. I finally got through after 2 hours but it was already past the policy dead line. It's a joke. Just save the hassle and book directly from the hotel.

Missed credits for nights
I noticed that I wasn't getting the credit on the hotel.com app. I had to call in and it took me half an hour before getting a live person after getting disconnected three times. It asked for my phone number and last four of my credit card which I put in prior to being hung up on. Not happy with the app.

very bad experience
after i book and they take my money me and my family go to the apartment and we found that someone live in the apartment wtf !!! imagine that we were as homeless on the street with the luggage

On arrival hotel was overbooked
Hotel.com charged me for a room I was not able to stay in because the hotel was overbooked.

Be careful when using this app to book hotels
I booked a hotel room at a nice location 8 months ago, paid in advance. When I arrived today, the hotel showed my reservation, but said that hotels.com never sent the booking. The hotel was booked, including many of the surrounding hotels, eventually finding a lower quality hotel for us to stay in tonight. The hotels.com representative we spoke to wasn't helpful, saying it was a miscommunication. We paid full price for a nice hotel, yet moved to a less quality hotel because of their error.

Not the bargain it suggests
Been scrutinising this app last few days Doing price comparisons with other like for like websites Booking.com is cheaper We booked hotel through them that was advertised on this site for £21 dearer On average , most of hotels were cheaper on booking.com This is an honest review I hope they don't vet it first and not allow it to be viewed . Customers need to know that there are cheaper options out there offering the same service

Crummy business
I checked into a dirty room that I complained about to the manager. I also asked and registered for my room to be cleaned the next night stay. Never was cleaned upon reentry to my room. The maids said that the manager never added me to the list. So I complained and asked to be moved into another room and told that other ppl checking into their reservations were first priority and their were no available rooms even though she just checked in a lady in front of me that did not have a reservation. I called after my stay and spoke to the general manager (Karen Eagle) which told me that the manager I dealt w for the weekend was fired. More then likely over my stay and complaint and for over working her maids. But she just said nothing could be done and that she wouldn't issue me my refund for the two nights. And when I asked for her supervisor she laughed at me and said “I am the supervisor and there's no one above me.”

Complete negligence in customer care
A simultaneous attempt to cancel a simultaneously made booking in nobelos lodge, Zakinthos Island ended up in an effortless success via Expedia.com; a total Customer care disaster with Hotels.com. They do not even have a valid email account that the customers can communicate. CC Hotline takes forever to reach. A total shame!..
