Gets a notification that I'm not online, but all other apps work. Somewhat slow update on map view. Filters on the number of bedrooms do not always match.

Execrable app, where your language selection in the settings is not taken into account (you are French, so it will be in French for you. Period!). Rates much higher than the competition, or even the hotel's website in some cases. And a pseudo loyalty program that loops and never shows you anything in the app. I don't recommend it.

In the past year this whole company has been destroyed
Customer service is in shambles and the reward program is almost non existent. It's greed bordering on thievery. I'm leaving and going to booking.com I cannot believe how awful this company is now.

I need to talk to a live person to help with an issue that is not on the list of options from the virtual agent but it is impossible to get in touch with a live person

Terrible service of the panel. In August last year I booked my accommodation in Frankfurt. It was 3 rooms for 5 nights, in a standard hotel in Niu Isenburg. Today when I check in I am informed that the hotel no longer exists less than a year ago. I never received any information from the platform about it, and at the time of confirming the reservations, shortly before starting my trip, the app's chat confirmed that everything was ok. I am with 3 older adults and a girl without accommodation.

Everything is fine, but in Switzerland the pages and information always switch from French to German.

The company is in the U.S. and they don't give an invoice in Mexico. Terrible service. Look for other apps to avoid complications.
