Hi. Visa card stopped working in app about a week ago. Can't buy ticket. My friend used amex and has same problem. In docs, it is said that visa , mastercard and amex should work.

Opened the app and went straight 2 buy a zone ticket. You have 2 enter some details (at least it didn't give me any other option) and each time I reached the email address, it took me 2 my phone's home screen. And the rare few times I made it past that and 2 the password, it claimed I already had an account. Now when I tried to recover my password, it claimed that no account exists with this email address/number. Please fix this! Update: Finally got through changing it, but it took some effort!

Useless if you’re from out of the country
They block all international IP addresses, they do not send SMS to non-finnish numbers, they do not accept non-finnish credit cards. Even “Delete my account” only works if you are finnish and authorize it with your finnish id. Why are you even offering the app on international app stores???

Keeps crashing, I can't use it for longer than 30 seconds to a minute. Useless! (I use a Finnish operator & have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail)

The main thing that you expect from such an app is reliability. And from this point of view the app is disgusting. It doesn't build a route when you need it, sometimes you can't buy a ticket, sometimes it takes years to load your tickets. Seasonal ticket purchase was never straightforward, my last drop of patience before writing this was when they charged me for 66.6. euro and didn't give a ticket. And besides that I had to buy 3 euro single-use.

Still the same problem with Danske Bank when buying tickets. The account shows the transaction, but the purchase does not go through and a new ticket is not received. Quick help would be nice!

With the HSL app you can buy tickets for Helsinki region public transport, find the best routes and get targeted traffic information. In the HSL app you will find e.g. single, day and season tickets for both adults and children. Bus, train, metro, tram and ferry – all with the same app. You can pay easily e.g. with a payment card.
