FIX THE POINTS SEARCH AVAILABILITY
It's a great app except for when you search for rooms using points. When you do that, it shows you point values for rooms at hotels where there is NO availability for the dates you searched. You have to click on each hotel to see if there is actually any availability. This needs to be fixed ASAP. What good is the search if you show me 20 hotels that done have availability and I have to click on each to see that? I have asked several times for this to be fixed to no avail. It shouldn't be that hard. Only 2 stars until this is fixed.

Cannot log in
I am unable to log in to this app. The sign in works on the Hyatt web site but not for the app. And this is the 2nd Hyatt I've been to where it says streaming is easy but I cannot cast to the TV. It says it cannot connect even though I am on the Hyatt WiFi.

Worst Booking Experience
I needed to modify an existing reservation by 1 day. Hotel app wouldn't allow the modification, and after wasting time calling customer service who was also no help, I was able to book a completely separate reservation myself and cancel the old one. Hyatt needs to join the rest of the world and have a better app to service customers.

Can’t sign in with app
The same membership number, last name, and password. I couldn't sign in with this mobile app. But I could sign in with laptop web. Tried deleting and reinstalling mobile app. Still got sign in errors

Pointless
Had 44,000 points 4 days ago. Could have gotten 3 nights free. No for one night had to pay $500. Only company that I have points with that took them away.
