Why all the updates
For the last month every time I open the app I have to update (multiple times a week). The app is always slow to open, it's always Ben this way.

Clunky
The app is somewhat clunky and difficult to filter, specifically the coupons. I have tried the Kroger app which allows me to find a coupon item instantly.

Very unreliable
Every single time I try to place an online order the system is “having problems” and they want me to check back in an hr or two. It's very inconvenient especially when I am trying to schedule an order for when I'm headed home so it's a quick stop on the way because I get home so late. If it was a once in a while problem it wouldn't be so bad. However it's every time.

Notifications for prescriptions doesn’t work
The notifications for prescriptions doesn't work. I have a Hy-Vee close to my house and have my prescriptions sent there, which is the only reason I use this app. I have to manually check my prescription status because, despite only setting up my notifications in the app to send me when prescription statuses change, I instead get messages about deals. Aside from this issue, it's a fine app. Just not what I need it for.

Great features - log in needs improvement
I love everything about the app except the frequent need to log in. I've cleared my cache, my history everything and still I need to enter my log in info frequently. The app runs a bit slow so when I'm standing in front of the checkout and having to log in it's quite frustrating. Maybe a Face ID option would be helpful.

It’s so bad.
The app just randomly logged me out for no reason. I feel like it might be a sign to delete this trash app from my phone until you are able to put together an app that's worth using!
