I think the entire booking system is utterly corrupt. Rates changing from high to low every second or hour. The A.I monitors how many people are viewing a listing and then increases the price the more people look.

difficult
This app makes it difficult to determine if points can be used and at what level. Additionally, the non-refundable rates are not well explained. What if I need to move my date? Seems intentional.

Took me 10 minutes to book a room. When I called reservation phone number another ten minutes. Your time is obviously more valuable than mine.
