The iOS version of this app is terrible I've been using it for almost 3 years now and the biggest problem it has is that there are no notification sounds for incoming batches. There is a drop down notification that's makes a sound but not until after the batch is on the screen and by then it's too late because 9 times out of 10 somebody has already taken the batch!! I know people who use android and the android version of this app notifies you that a batch is coming with a sound and drop down notification before the batch hits the screen not after the batch is already on the screen like the iOS version and that gives the android users a huge advantage over iOS users because they are notified beforehand and are ready to accept the batch when it arrives. At this point I am seriously considering switching from iPhone to Samsung. With the iPhone you can't take your eyes off the screen or multitask even for a second or you will definitely miss out on batches because there isn't any notification sound or alerts beforehand this is something that needs to be addressed immediately and should have been addressed years ago!!!

For someone who has been on here for 4 years and to get on here.Daily and barely make money now is ridiculous..There's way too many shoppers in this area With too many batches that don't pay enough for the effort that it takes for us to go in and shop for people Especially in costco And when you have a shopper tier system for shoppers to get better paying batches And it doesn't even work is very annoying

Beside being a bounch of greedy crooks, they are a bunch of off shore retards. Have you ever tried to reach a live person? They have absolutely no respect for their shoppers.My tax filing has been disrupted because thewy have refused to send a 1099 . I have contacted my state's Attorney general's office as well as the IRS.

I'm new to Instacart I'm trying to start actually but I'm putting In my information and it's asking for my birthday but the drop down menu for the months won't work

I would love to give this more than three stars, but there are problems with this app that really need to be fixed. Generally speaking it does the job. But things like not allowing me to switch the order of jobs when I'm already at the second store, or actually move back through an order process to change something, or how the app often likes to just go dark and freeze on me, or how I don't have the authority and ability in the app to do certain things and need to call a CS rep for...

Blocked Without any explanation, they didn't notify you, didn't say anything, didn't ask for anything, they just blocked you and said that someone tried to register for you. it's clear that they did it themselves on purpose because no one can know any information about me. and they say that now they won't unlock it. so if you spend your time on their work and then they block you, you will be left without money. without explanation and no one from the support will help. support only respond

I wish I could share screenshots of how bad orders are. They've stopped notifying for orders, I guess bc they know they know they're a joke. More shoppers than customers. LOWER THAN WORTH PAY ORDERS NEED TO BE BOYCOTTED BY DRIVERS. $8 orders for 53 items, 15 miles away, to another 10 miles, for no tip is unacceptable. Update: orders have gotten even worse. 20+ miles, 80+ items, all for $8 or less. Just suck it up and get a job, at least they'll be able to pay your bills.

This is a terrible place to work for. They pick and choose when they give you orders. I was a shopper for 4 years and I'm about done with it. I quit my job became diamond cart and now I have to sit in the store parking lot all day waiting for a batch. It's a total waste of a day. For example, I sat in Meijer parking lot for 2 hours and didn't get 1 order. I think I could be more productive doing something else. it's ridiculous to waste your day away sitting in m a store parking lot.

I don't know what happened to instacart . I haven't made $1 the last 20 days. And that's turning the app on every day. I hardly get any batches anymore.
