Average app… that can’t do the basics!
I mean, it's an app for an airline which once you've brought a ticket with that airline… via the app… doesn't add that purchased trip AUTOMATICALLY to the app! Instead it asks you to add the details to add it!! I mean come on… it's basic stuff! So one star until it's sorted!

Doesn’t work
My trip does not appear on the app and I am logged in. It says add trip on the app but the app icon opens a web version and I end up back at same message. Contact Us does not make contact, it just has a few answers to common question.
