Functional, but flawed
The app is functional and does what you expect it to do. It has serious privacy issues unfortunately. It's not possible to turn off functional cookies (even though there's a toggle switch), and the log in function straight up doesn't work if it can't load the Relay42 and Akamai cookies if those are blocked by a firewall policy or DNS blackhole. Instead of failing gracefully, the login screen will continue loading. I have to travel a lot for work and haven't been able to log into the app for a few months due to this bug.

slow, annoying upsales popups, confusing, doesn't let me do what I need in an easy and convenient way. we understand, this app is not designed with customers in mind, it is designed to please managers at KLM it

When it's time to check in, after choosing the my nationality from a picklist and click next, I get an "invalid countrycode error". Game over...

Disappointing service
Flight is rescheduled, first person I speak to indicates that I can only cancel my return flight on the spot, after my complaint it turns out that this is not the case, then I move this flight I cannot book a suitcase and my extra ticket is €85 more expensive, in the end the flight is apparently suddenly cancelled and I can fly back at 10 am for an even higher amount, I'll be flying with Norwegian from now on... Ball tent say yuck!

What a joke of app. You can't make multicity booking, but works totally fine on AF app, you can t make changes to your booking in the app, they change your seat prebooked,you try to find other options, but is impossible to open the seat map.Etc etc. Basically is usless. I find it ridiculous that you need to pay 10eur service fee, at least, when booking a flight via the app. I thought you should be encouraged to use the app, not sent to use the web version to get better prices for the tickets.
