Nothing but trouble
Am currently trying to get support for a ticket purchased - it seems like there's no recourse or support for things that go wrong when you buy on Klook. I bought a Narita Express ticket and tried to print it out at a station - only 1 ticket was printed out, not the two I need. They cannot refund, as the ticket is already printed. Their live chat took 5.5 hours to get back to me last night. I was already asleep when they responded - they did not read my support request and instead finished the chat. Now I'm going through the same thing this morning. They also don't reflect all the available tickets - so the choice of trains is really limited. The first time I tried to use Klook they didn't even have the times I wanted available, despite it being a super busy route in Tokyo. It's better to take your chances on the JR website.

Because of the small loss, this is a set of software that can allow consumers to better understand the consumer protection law, no notice and no evidence for consumption, but the book is not clear and the operation is misleading, and the refund service is very delayed

Disappointing
Their price is wrong, and they did not admit it until I said that the services is upsetting. Now I ask for refund but there is jo clear explanation when or how it will be settled until I follow up to then everyday. I ask refund since a week ago, and they just initiated the refund today. Very bad experience, not recommended

This is a very bad APP, there is a problem with the operation, there is no customer service phone to ask, only text customer service answers, not asked

Compared to other apps, the explanation is unfriendly, and there are many things that are almost impossible to cancel or exchange even if the date is far away.

Bad customer service
So far I've no problem with my bookings until I booked my JR pass. I paid for my 2 tickets. Got an email saying I successfully paid. Never got booking confirmed email instead I got another email 10 mins later saying my tickets were awaiting payment and to check my bookings to complete it which confused me because it said I successfully paid before so I thought it probably don't go through properly since the payment is big. After I confirmed the payment I got. I somehow ended up with 4 tickets and 2 of the exact same charges on my card. Wait for customer service to help me which takes like about 30 mins only for them to tell me I gotta wait for them to speak with someone else to further assist me. After waiting even longer instead of trying to figure out why it did that or refund just one of the payments they tell me I gotta pay 10% cancellation fee for the refund. Like why do I gotta pay fee for something I only booked once not twice. They refuse to give me a full refund. Just awful experience. Those tickets are not cheap

Feel being cheated by this app. I covered one of trip with "no-show refund" and i paid more for its. At the end no-show refund can't be claimed and none of their 5 customer support staffs can help me until now. Now i just realized that this app got lots of bad reviews from another users with same pattern "they're stealing user's money" in many ways, and in my case they're fooling me with their fake no-show refund. Shame on you.

Made 2 bookings on klook. Klook canceled bookings. They say they refunded my money, but I did not receive the money back. I'm out 630.00 usd. I plan on pursuing litigation if this is not retified. Beware of Klook.
