Needs an offline mode. I can't listen to audiobooks on airplanes with the app currently and there's no way to transfer the audiobook to an app that does have that capability, unlike the ebooks you can download to Kindle.

Could use some work
Love listening to audiobooks!! I have such a busy lifestyle that I don't get to read as much as I'd like to. This solved that problem. I do have a couple complaints however. First thing is that the app closes itself regularly. This is extremely annoying especially when I'm driving and cannot mess around with my phone to try and open the app again and restart the book. Another issue is that several of the audiobooks are missing portions of the book. Last but not least, and perhaps this is a local library issue, but it seems quite ridiculous that a book would have a 6 month or more waiting period. Certainly there must be a way to remedy this. If there were another option to listen to audiobooks utilizing my library card I would be using that instead of this one. Unfortunately, there is not another option so I am stuck with this one. I cannot see paying a monthly subscription to one of the other audiobook options either. Only reason I give 2 stars instead of one is that it is free.

Atomic Habits
The audio of this book shut off after 3 minutes. I waited for months to borrow Atomic Habits and it wasn't a full audio.

Great idea. Dreadful UI
My city library now uses the Libby app to provide access to a huge number of magazines and some books. Great. Except that the design of the app for managing loans and reading is so appalling that it turns the delightful idea of reading a new issue into a torment of screen taps, scrolls, missed pages, dodgy bookmarks, and tedious frustration. If there were fewer taps and simpler loan management options, auto-downloads of favoured titles, and a bit more intelligence to suggestions of ‘what next' that would be a start. Next up would be easier moving from viewing pages to reading them and returning to the overview. Then being able to ‘flip' or swipe from article to article would be so much better than the finger pointer page change buttons. Easy access to the ToC/index of articles would be a bonus.

Unintuitive and complex navigation
This app is very hard to navigate. I use it mostly for e-magazines. It's hard to find the content you want to borrow, and even harder to work out how to return it afterwards. I get stuck in full screen mode and still don't know exactly how to get the navigation bar to reappear. Etc etc I think the whole concept and flow of the UI is very poorly designed.

Good app but could be better
It's a good app but could be improved. You can tell that the developers either don't use it or didn't ask users to test it during the design process. You have to take so many steps to simply borrow a book, automatic downloads don't always work, it's hard to go backwards to your original place when looking through your history…so many more little things that make it less user friendly than it should be.

Why do I now need to add Google voice permission in order to read on this app? It has worked without this for years. It is now frozen.

Stopped working a few days ago, fix now!
Was working fine until it stopped and now it's just spinning, my book is waiting!
