Why does it have one user per book policy?
Absolutely no point in waiting for a book when someone else has it digitally, because there can be any number of people accessing it at the same time! Why?!?!! Feels extremely outdated.

Harder to Navigate
I wish Libby were easier to navigate. It should be easier to see what's new. There should be groupings. It should also be more visually appealing. In addition, there should be more options.

This has a lot of great books that I normally can’t get at the library.
I found a really great series on Libby and even tho it is frustrating waiting for books (I lack patience) I love the system. I am struggling to change the color of the books from black back to white (I can't see the words!) but I can figure that out (if someone can tell me how, I would love you forever!) later. I love Libby, I just can't find the settings hence the lack of one star. I would recommend it also if you have dyslexia because of the fonts it can be and you can adjust the size of the text! Also you can change the screen color when your reading (don't ask me how, read above for info why) and the books say how long it will be before you have them!

Scrolling
I really enjoy Libby. I recommend it to everyone! Audiobooks are fantastic on my phone and printed books are perfect on my iPad. It is a well thought out and intuitive app. I would enjoy it a lot more if I could scroll through the book. Scrolling is much better with my eyesight and for my neck as I can read from the top of the page at all times where I can focus. UPDATE: In 2024 scrolling is still not available! By now there should also be audio support as some books are not available in audio.

Why do I have to confirm my card?
I have been using Libby for so long that I do not know where my library card is, unfortunately.

Why four
I gave you four stars because it's good but sometimes I listen to it. But I listen to it for an hour and it doesn't say “are you still listening.”And why can't everything be a audio book.this makes no sense and that's why I gave you four stars.but I'm just in fourth grade so.

Very difficult to navigate
This was supposed to be an improvement from the Overdrive app, it isn't. The menu choices are not intuitive and it is difficult to see a list of holds vs those on a wish list. I just wish my library would go back to Ovedrive.

Not user friendly.
Overdrive was much better, seemed to have more selection and was much easier to understand. Libby will have number 2 and 3 in a series and not number 1. Or books 1 and 3 and not number 2. I dreaded HAVING to shift to Libby when Overdrive finished, and still really like it. To be honest don't use it much if I can help it.

I only use this app to borrow ebooks from my library, then read them on my reader. Moderately enthusiastic, but usually works. Clarity could be better. What is annoying about reservations: The announcement that a book will be available "shortly". This can also be two weeks. It would be nice to be more precise, i.e. to indicate when it will be available at the latest. It should be easy to calculate. So you're practically hanging in the air.
