Manta unlimited not really unlimited
Manta is awesome but recently they've started monetizing their novels. Not just a flat fee but the- hey we've created a fake currency so you can spend money for stories. Like. Every. Other. Manhwa. App. I love unlimited and would pay more in a subscription if it actually meant that the content is available for a monthly subscription price. I came here to write this review and let the people who run Manta know that if you start changing your app to become like the other, I'll be canceling completely. Don't nickle and dime us. Let me pay a monthly fee and give me my content, please. Thank you. ****** The developer has responded to my review with a statement that isn't true. They state their content is open to everyone with ‘unlimited'. Either my version of Manta is broken or it costs *gems* a proprietary currency that has to be purchased with in app purchases to then unlock chapters. So in my app -which is up to date- it is requiring payment on my device to read the content.****** The developer has responded again clarifying that by dating that the novels are free to continuing reading once you purchase them. I appreciate them restating this again. My original comments and reviews remain: if I pay for an app to be ‘unlimited' then the content needs to be available for the monthly price. I am happy to pay a higher monthly rate if I had access to the novels.👍

Terrible, DON'T INSTALL IT, THEY CHARGE; As they put ads on Instagram so that in the end they charge for reading, what a scam, I better download manga dogs or webtoon.

Paying a monthly fee to be able to read is not to my liking, I installed it because of an ad for a story that I found interesting but it only had 1 chapter for free and then you had to make the subscription, it seems absurd to me, you can see that it has good stories but having to pay for them to the second chapter is ridiculous to me and although the price is affordable I don't plan to pay for something like that.

At first I thought it was a very good app, the mangas are good, but they only leave you a few chapters for free, I didn't like that you have to pay to watch the others, for example, they can put passes with ads like in other manga apps.

The truth is that I have tried other applications with all the free caps instead this one only lets you have a maximum of 4 and at least 2 [phone] and what I don't understand is why it is better not to put the app for purchase from the beginning if they are only going to let you see 4 caps it seems to me a total scam 😡😡😡

The stories are very good because you have to pay for the chapters because the chapters are already taken out of 2023 and today we are in 2024 and I don't like to wait every month for them to release new chaptersssss it bothers me a lot to wait 😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬for the workers not to take anything out so that they take it out they are lazy as my mom tells me
