The updates are awful. You can't log in. Even after you change your password it won't let you in Not even to the website. I can't do my cashing within being able to log in. The tech services for the church are horrible.

I don't think there's any app that's this mismanaged. I don't know if it's all volunteers or something but they'll just throw whatever out there with no communication or feedback from users. I highly doubt there's any user testing or thoughts about UX. The latest update is a great example of this. No more photos in the directory is another. No consideration for processes already in place.

I have not been able to use this app for over a year. Always says I am unable to login when all I enter is my user name. I can access it through the church website only. I have uninstalled and installed the app numerous times to no avail.

It's not a very good app because you can't access anything it won't let you sign in or do anything with it keeps sayin Member Tools isn't avaiable right now try again later. Well later isn't good enough been trying since December 13th 2023.

I've been trying off and on to log in, and it says my password is invalid ans so when I get in to change it, it then says my code number is invalid. I love the app when I can get into it. I have no problem with the lds library app.
