Always technical problems preventing you from logging in

If you are travelling you cannot get a new pin. You have to go into one of the very few branches in Canada or have one mailed in 3-5 business days. I tried to get a new pin at Christmas but I was only home 3 days and this was not enough time. There should be a way to reset your pin in app or at the very least have one texted to you. They use my phone number to verify my login when I'm using a VPN or on another ip surely they think a telephone number is secure then. Wanted to use airport credit.

Terrible new update... I don't have access to my bank statements, my accounts are all reversed and on top of that I can't even make but bill payments.... All this, when I can simply log in and have access to the home page, living in a remote area, I think about changing banking institutions.... I can't afford that kind of mistake on your part

Can't deposit with picture. Have to log in to open the app then log in again to take the picture. Then I will the deposit transaction.
