Hassle payment via network system
It doesn't seem optimally OVERHEAD. And did NOT struggle with Klarna..!!

Seems nice, but...
Why does the app only work in portrait format on iPad? It gives a poor user experience to have to rotate iPad back and forth when switching between the app and e.g. calendar. For those who often travel between the same two airports (or just check prices several times), it would be nice if the app could remember the last used. But otherwise, the app can do what you need.

Interferes with Wallet
The app pops up a warning that no cards in your wallet will work while this app is running. Thanks for telling us but what the - ? Why is Apple even letting this through review?! I'm waiting for the first time I'm holding my bags and trying to pay for a coffee or something at the airport and I'm holding up 10 people in line behind me trying to figure out why apple pay doesn't work.

Very smooth check-in, but you can't choose your own seat. Already pre-selected for each passenger.

Sneaky
Was logged out of the cashpoint system for no reason several months ago. Have flown quite a bit in the months I thought I was logged in, and missed a fair amount of points. Their Cashpoint system is sneaky and should be changed. Flying with SAS in the future rather than with this.

So the airline is nice the app is **** now. Loses your forthcoming trip for hours after you use it to check in. Really?? C-mon fix it or destroy the app and start again. Fails all the user confidence tests. Get Pro like your air crew ffs Now the app thinks it's always 24th March 2024.

No gate info, interferes with Wallet
Never shows the gate. Also it pops up a warning that no cards in your wallet will work while this app is running. Thanks for telling us but what the - ? Why is Apple even letting this through review?!
