No more Apple wallet
It's a shame and unnecessary that I can't put my tickets in my wallet. Before this, I had to double tap my button for my tickets. Now only via the NS app. You would think that they would make it easy to get to your tickets in one go, but no, tucked away in a menu.

Same error message over and over again. Something went wrong when retrieving the travel advice. Crappy app

Justifying your transactions with an NS business card is really a crying shame. You do have to press commuting 5 times to confirm it.

Crappy way to arrange the joint travel discount!
Previously, it was also valid if you had put it on your card and checked in before 4 p.m. At the moment, this is still for the main user with whom I travel on the free travel day and not for the fellow traveler. Unfortunately, the travel discount can no longer be arranged at our starting station if you do not have internet. It's a shame that there isn't a better solution for it, e.g. that as fellow travellers you can't activate a code on your personal public transport chip card with which you can always travel together with the discount!

Notorously unreliable app on delays
The app looks better and better and all fine as long as nothing goes wrong with the train and the timetable. But yes, that's where things often go wrong. Once the train is delayed, despite the train radar (nice feature), the train times no longer update, so it checks with connections and then such an app is important...... With the last delay of more than half an hour (not visible in the app) I therefore received no compensation. The NS is judged by the major shareholder on performance, it will not have anything to do with that, will it?
