So far quite okay
The app works well and does what it's supposed to. It would be desirable to have a payment option via the mobile phone bill again, which was promised at the beginning that it would come back and has not happened so far. Furthermore, the app also calculates parking fees if parking fees are no longer necessary. On the one hand, the app could point this out or issue a free parking ticket. Question to the developer, why can't you manage to reintroduce payment by mobile phone bill? Update 23.5.2023 Where is the promised payment option via mobile phone?

App ok but every time I pay the app says update bill phone number and every time this wrong number comes up on the app so I have to type in my phone number every time!!!!

Daylight robbery
Since you have put pay by phone in Lewisham the paring charges have more than doubled. It is disgusting and has just cost me £5.[address]for an hour and a half. Not happy

Pay to pay and not a little!
15% commission to pay for a parking space? WOW! In my city (Udine) the app to pay for parking has no fees. However, yes, the app is well done, too bad that the parking meter area was not indicated in the app (despite there was the logo of the app). I believe that with geolocation the app should understand the area and how much to pay by itself, without having to indicate it. Quisquilie, but the service in my opinion is overpriced.

Park App
This version of the Park app is completely user-friendly. Initially, all users of this app were promised to set up billing through the telephone provider again. This is what users are waiting for !!! Do I have to log in for hours via Pay Pal and then constantly receive e-mails for each use?
