I enjoy the app but since i don't have a debit card anymore it's hard to remove the money from the account.

Needs improvement. I want to be alerted every time my card is used in real time. Not the total on the next day.

Wish it had better functionality

This app doesn't work good ican never open the page to see my account

It's ok as Credit Union apps go but compared to the big banks it seems clunky and not as easy to navigate as the bank giants. Having to switch to a completely different site to look at my credit card rather than it being on the same page as a link is irksome. It's clear the amount of investment is into online apps and the website is infinitesimal compared to banks. The gold standards as far as app design are TD, BoA, and Chase in my opinion (all with which I have accounts), TD being the most impressive: sleek, visually attractive, and easy to navigate.

I love the app except for a few things: if I buy something it doesn't always take it right off the balance so when I check what I have it makes me believe I have a certain amount so I'll buy something and next thing I know, I'm in the negative. 2nd thing is this app does not send me text notifications like I have set to show me my balance and transactions. Every time I buy something I should get notified and shown how much and then the actual balance left in the account. Other then that I love it's simplicity of the app and how easy it it to transfer money between checking and savings. The app is 100% worth having regardless of the 2 issues I have.

Not much else to add. Paying bills and transfers feel outdated. Compared to the Wells Fargo, PNC Bank, PSECU apps this is my least favorite and I try not to use it. Bank itself is great with great rates and helpful employees at the local branch. Only a review of their app.

Transfers to outside accounts, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, four days for transfer. I don't know if there's anyway to make that a little quicker
