It's easy. I only saw that I was more expensive than just paying myself. Price per hour in garage was much less than I paid at Q-park.

Terribly!
Q Park, which manages parking at the Fanø ferry in Esbjerg, should do something serious about their App. You register, but get repeated messages that the account is not activated, and this despite the fact that the activation email has been received and activated. Then you just missed the ferry! And why do you have to pay DKK 14.00 in parking? Fanølinien probably has an idea that the hassle will mean that more people take the ferry. There they are wrong. Unfortunately, this may mean that fewer people choose to go to Fanø!

Installed app but logged me out. So the tree didn't open on its own. Now updated again. If he doesn't do it again next time, I'll throw him out.

Absolute trash. Nothing redeeming about it. Doesnt work and it costs you money to activate. Borders to a scam.

Actually good, except for the pay
The app is actually good and clear, except for the pay. Why are there only 3 payment systems? Apple Pay and / or PayPal are definitely still missing, then there are also more stars

Barrier didn't open automatically which we were told via the app. So I had to take a card and paid 2x 12.50 for 2.5 hours of parking.

As a subscriber for years, we are always closed and cannot get to our car. QR code is requested but cannot be fixed Could be available via app but there is a registration code requested that cannot be fixed Subscription number also does not work just as little as entering number number
Q-Park - Product Description
By adding their car registration in the app, Season Ticket holders at PaSS car parks will be able to enter and exit by having their number plate scanned at the barrier. PaSS is only live at selected Q-Park car parks. It is important that you create your MyQ-Park account before registering on the app or your Season Ticket will not link correctly with your vehicles car registration and you will not be able to enter and exit the car park using your number plate. How to register your number plate 1. Activate your My Q-Park Account on the Q-Park website. When you purchased your Season Ticket, you will have received an email prompting you to activate your account 2. Download the Q-Park app 3. Login using your My Q-Park Account Email and Password 4. Enter your car registration After completing the above steps, the barrier will automatically open when you drive in or out of your home car park. The Q-Park app has been developed to further enhance the parking experience for our Season Ticket holders.
