I only use it because it's the only option to manage Renfe tickets in a non-face-to-face way without having to enter my username a million times. A mess, full of mistakes. It's amazing how poorly made the app is to belong to one of the largest transport companies in Spain.

Disaster!! All its digital part is LOUSY I get a ticket, I receive an email confirming the purchase but not the ticket. I go to the page and enter the App by entering the locator, it says that it does not exist. I call and get the trip added to my account (sometimes it happens, they tell me) I enter the app where the ticket was added but I can't download (It's p a friend) On the page yes, but it throws error. I call and they tell me that it can only be read on ios, otherwise you have to download an app. CAN'T YOU SEND THE PDF TICKET BY EMAIL?

PayPal is not working. Google Pay via web doesn't either. All after entering a lot of unnecessary data several times, of course to end up without a ticket.
