Language barriers
Sadly doesn't have the option that change language and many many residents are from different countries with different languages.

The resident portal is very difficult if the user is not completely text sav.V.Y. It never keeps my password.Every password I have set has gone useless whenever I need to use it again. Whenever I need it, I have to is without a password.

Great app but need to fix bugs with in the app
Great app but it is having issues when putting a maintenance request it won't let me submit the request because it says the description is missing or problem is missing and I filled everything out so no need to say something is missing plz fix the issue

Buggy mess, fire the software developers ASAP
Utterly horrible unusable software. Cannot request maintenance because of a bug that says “problem description required” even though I've clearly typed a description into the problem description text field. Using the website is even worse. It automatically, forcefully logs you out to the sign in page about 10s after logging in, no matter what you do. At this point just fire your software developers.

decent app!
a few things missing, like when i was signing up the password field didn't let me autogenerate one on iOS. i'm also a little confused about how the visibility of what rent is owed, but that may be an issue with my management- (i definitely owe rent but the app says $0)

description error
i can never submit a maintenance request due to getting constant errors regarding the description, i'm absolutely frustrated! they need an update!

Maintenance requests
Have tried several times to put in a maintenance request and I get the error “ problem description is required” even though I have one written out. Restarted the app, tried to submit w no description then again w a description, signed out and back in, nothing works. Struggled with this for about a week now. So I have to go down to the office to put in requests because the app doesn't work.
Resident Portal Mobile - Product Description
The ResidentPortal app provides a convenient way to pay rent, submit maintenance orders with photos, and communicate with your apartment community all from your mobile phone.

Residents have the ability to pay rent with a single tap, manage one-time or recurring rent payments and receive rent reminder push notifications with the app (see below for a list of key features).
 
Much of the ResidentPortal app is configurable by the property in which you live. Property settings include, but are not limited to, payment methods, payment days, full balance payment requirements, or maintenance request availability.

•  Make a One Time Payment - Easily submit a one time payment with the same trusted payment platform you have always used. 
•  Add/Delete Recurring Payments - Easily schedule new auto-payments ensuring your rent will never be late.
•  Pay by Voice - Allows you to quickly pay rent by searching 'Pay My Rent' from Spotlight Search and linking directly to the make payment screen in the app. 
•  One-Tap Pay - Pay rent with a single tap right from your smartphone. The app remembers your last used payment method and knows your exact balance due.
•  RentNotify - Sends push notifications to your device, reminding you to pay rent.
•  Contact Property - Contact your property directly from the app. The app automatically routes your call to the appropriate after-hours number when the office closes.
•  Submit Maintenance Requests - Submit a maintenance request right from the app. 
•  Take a Picture of the Problem - Use your smart phone's camera to take a picture of the maintenance issue without leaving the app.
•  Inspections - Complete move-in, maintenance, and other inspections right from your mobile device.
•  Reserve Amenities - Schedule amenities at your property.
•  Touch ID Login - After initial setup, securely log in to the app by scanning your finger print.
•  Face ID Login - Authenticate with your face with iPhone X+.
•  3D Touch Support -  Quickly pay rent, submit a maintenance request, or view your balance by tapping and holding the app icon.
