I have been a Roadie Driver for 6 Years with over 2,000 Gigs completed & hold a 5 Star rating; I have loved the freedom and flexibility of working on my own. In past years, when your drivers license renewed, you made address, name or status change where your old license was invalid and you were waiting for a new plastic license was punched (Made Invalid) Roadie would record your renewed DL (Paper Copy) in their systems and you were able to continue working , as usual. Sadly yesterday, I renewed my drivers license, but there is now no way to scan a paper copy. Then, to make matters worse, their support team will no longer allow you to get through their app until the driver has a new hard (plastic) license. In Minnesota, that can take up to 4 weeks or more, so as of yesterday, I am no longer able to make any income for myself and I can't provide for my family. This may be an over-site on their part, but for the driver, it is devastating. Be Aware! Truly, this should surely be a consideration before you decide that this is going to be your chosen income producing activity. Good Luck!

Cannot get past step 2 of sign up, it just keeps “loading” and then when it “finishes” it just stays on the same page. That's actually ridiculous.

You're better off being a criminal. Roadie doesn't pay, doesn't load and kills your battery. Customer support is DOESN'T EXIST.

The app is cool but you don't get tips and You will be underpaid. Are you willing to drive 45miles for $12 how about 68 miles for $20 and if you do except it and you drive all the way to the Customer and they aren't home for you to hand it to them guess what..you now have to drive an additional 45-68miles back to the store or airport to return and you will be compensated like $7 for driving in total 90-136miles.

The app constantly ask for selfie-facial recognition, but whatever software they're using for it doesn't have a stabilizer and makes it virtually impossible to use unless you're parked. Also the heavy item description for places like Home Depot is deceiving and underpaid!

False Advertising it states no vehicle requirements in the first paragraph. But once you go to signup it's clearly ask for Driver and Vehicle information
