Took my money without booking a room.
I used them to book a hotel room and the app said the room wasn't booked because it wasn't available after all (when the app said it was) but it charged my bank account anyway. I called to hotel to see if in fact the booking went through, and it didn't. They said they don't even work with this app. The result was a charge to my account and no room.

They keep pulling out of my account!!!
Even tho I closed my account I keep seeing this app pulling from my account!!! I'm a single mom and cannot afford this!!!!!

took the membership fee from me just to tell me that my application is under review and they'll be back to me within a week? if im not approved to do the extra things yet why are taking the money for the extra things? Just backwards….I recommend NEVER using this app. UPDATE: thanks for the prompt response….yes I fully understand that, but when I downloaded the app it was FOR the cash advance and all the steps I took were misleading me to believe that thats what I was signing up for. They highlighted the advance every step of the way. I didnt need the other features. And the advance was advertised as instant when in fact they are instant after several days of approval. I had some unfortunate circumstances come up and needed cash quick not credit repair or those other things. Downloading this app and steps it walks you through all seem like you're doing it for the advance and those other things are just included. I needed some extra instant cash and instead yall TOOK money from me and said yeah you'll be approved in a little bit…we dont know long though…. but we're gonna INSTANTLY take your money though no need to wait to see if you're approved or not. the things this app promises are true BUT the process is misleading….. yall kicked me when I was down.

SCAM
This is a SCAM. They fist charge you $15 but never allows you access o do anything because they can't never verify the identity and then when you try to cancel the memebership and try through the app it's imposible and ask you to call them instead and when you call even tho your position on the line is 1 they never answer the call. I spend 30 minutes waiting for an agent andI haven't be able to cancel the memebership

Rates are very cheap and it changed dates on me when I was booking. I tried to reach out with an hr for change of rates but they cited policy is non refundable you lose your money

Really hard they made me a monthly subscription on my card without my permission and I can't cancel in this damn app I'm abroad and as soon as I come back I go to the bank and make a complaint don't trust me
