When my profile ticks several subscription cards, Ter fluo grand est and avantage card... The system doesn't offer me the Ter fluo fares.... I'm forced to uncheck the Avantage card every time.... This defect did not appear until 2 weeks ago... Android

Does not allow you to exchange or even cancel the train contrary to the exchange and refund conditions indicated on my ticket visible on the app while it was purchased on the app, and all this, while the train was deleted without an alternative solution the same morning. Unable to log in to the application, password incorect, once the password is changed, it doesn't change anything.

A scam. The installation of the Navigo pass was not done correctly, so here are 86 euros in the trash. Customer service tells me it's my fault because I apparently uninstalled the app..... I don't understand how such scams can be legal.

Beware of buggy application! The app offers discounted rates when your advantage card expires. I found myself in violation and had to pay a fine of 111 euros that the SNCF refuses to reimburse me.
