Checking in
I notice when I check in I'm giving a C boarding pass with an option to upgrade if I want an A boarding pass for an extra $50 per ticket. Why wasn't I given an A in the first place if I checked in early? Sounds like a scam. I've always had good experiences with Southwest but I feel Like my arm is being twisted to pay the extra fee or else.

Booking flights with Travel Funds
I selected flights for a trip, and got to the purchase screen. I had travel funds from 2 previous itineraries. These do not automatically populate, forcing me to go all the way back to my account screen to write down the associated confirmation numbers, then repeat the whole process to get back to the purchase screen and search for the travel funds.
