Worst App... Unable to generate Credit Card pin through the application. Everytime I try to set new Pin there is always a failure message stating "Unable to process your request at the moment, please try after sometime or contact 24/7 customer service". When I called the customer care, the idiot without even listening to me transferred my call to IVR for setting up PIN - he didn't listened to me that I already tried that process too Pathetic Application, Pathetic Bank Services, Pathetic Staffs

Worst service ever I had with this app I request dispute regarding no response I got from customer support neither they replied to email I got new credit card I use one time and then made payment when I try to use second time bank is not allowing it it is showing decline by bank I don't what pathetic service they are provide never going to refer any one in future it's literally pathetic call daily basis for same quiery and they are not resolving it

I was noticed to change my password before 20th April but when I was trying to change password it never loaded and took forever hence I uninstalled the app and installed it again. But now, even after entering valid credentials it doesn't let me in. After using forgot option it again indicates that I am existing customer and I should use their forgot credentials option. Pathetic app!!
