The parking spot is really good, the drivers are nice almost every time and they take youe luggage from you to put it up on the rack and they get it down for you, we've had one bad driver and it was today, idk his name but he had room for at least four more people. Now we're in a group of six but the driver could have taken four of us but decided not to, he had plenty of room and complained are bags were to heavy and decided because there heavy he can't lift them up into the top rack so he left.

Park n Fly was WAY better
Acquisition of Park n Fly was terrible. This app is worse, prices are double, automated exit is glitchy, and no legacy points were carried over. Well done. You just lost a long time business traveler.

Amateur in features
Points don't post. The pick me up shuttle is a gimmick. Driver drove past me. Old reservation still showing on home screen off app. Bonus points don't post.

Prepay does not work
I used the app to prepay for parking. When I went to scan at the exit, it just gave me an error and a “go back” button. Neither the app nor the kiosk has any way to call for help or get more information, and the exit is unstaffed, so you have to yell to get an employee from somewhere else to come check you out. Overall it was a significantly worse experience than not having an app at all - I wish I had just paid by credit card like a normal parking lot.

Refuses to let me put in my name. It says " this field is incorrect" so I cannot make the reservation.

The app is clunky. Just entering a credit card gives unexplained errors. The exp date is not supposed to be in a date format, but you have to find that out by trial and error.
