Hello everyone my name is jomar Roadriges deser I book ticket from trip.com but they cheat they not allow me to fly from Philippines to Canada they said before you don't need vissa for connecting flight when I reach airport they said you need vissa for Japan after they not help me for other flight or refund pls don't buy from them I call west jet next flight they said we refund but call trip.com we call they said no thanks

I applied for cancellation until now blm confirmed, because I dtg to the hotel was not accepted because the hotel did not cooperate lg sm the application. my money blm refunded... KL should no longer cooperate with LG SM the hotel jgn enter the application dong... Please explain from the application...

Bought a round trip for my maid and there was an issue for the trip back to sg.. airline flight was cancelled so they only email me the flight details back from Jakarta to sg which timing clash with Lombok to Jakarta.. they said will confirm with me again but the baggage fees will be void and I have to pay again.. it's not my problem the flight got cancelled so there is no logic for me to pay for the baggage again..and worst the price only show $ sign not USD..HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

I bought a railcard through trip, didn't realise it wasn't directly through the National rail service. now I can't view it in the app and can't use it!

The room is small, but the location is good; it is close to the subway; Liege metro station, only 2 minutes walking distance. The breakfast is good;there is a variety of choices available. The staff is helpful in calling a taxi from the hotel to the international airport - Charles de Gaulle. it is a fixed price of 65 Euros. However, when the taxi took us to the airport, the driver wanted to charged us 75 Euros, despite the board inside the taxi stating the fixed price as 65 Euros. Be aware!
