Free version only 3 document uploads. Does not scan my email properly.
Free version only allows 3 document uploads. And it does not scan my email properly to get all of my airlines. I live in Vietnam and you do not cater for the airlines here. I have to put them in manually wasting so much of my time. For years I have questioned this and been told it will be fixed soo. It still is not. The full version costs too much just for me to be able to upload a few more documents. There are definitely better apps out there for cheaper. Very disappointing app.

Could not upload anything but airline schedule. I will go back to manually generating my schedule and itinerary.

Limited pdf uploads for trip it pro
Not happy with 25 pdf limitation AT ALL. I have a 3 week trip coming up and certain arrangements and tour details will need to be maintained outside of App. Questioning whether Trip It Pro is worth it. I love the app, but this is the main reason I upgraded and spent the money.

Lots of bugs
Can't sync email. Can't edit things within itinerary without it freezing or just not loading or giving errors…seems like it could be a great app tho

It says it has good features, but….
This app looks nice, but the ridiculous amount of time that I'm spending to just • get my trip info imported from my email • take my phone number to push SMS messages • to not have to enter all this info manually •to not have to forward the info to an email to send to this app • to figure out how to effectively refresh this app and maybe it will retrieve my flight, hotel, trip reservations.. • see that I just purchased to pro and it still has not populated my upcoming trip.. Is giving free app vibes, when I know I've spent money…

Uploaded my WHOLE itinerary to TripIt - looked great, took ages, all my ref 's, hotels address, activities- then the WHOLE lot just disappeared. God know to where in cyberspace. Sooooo disappointing

Mailbox Sync is Broken
Downloaded this app due to the glowing reviews, and while it seems to be a good app the automatic mailbox sync process is broken, which is a big selling point for using this over other apps/softwares
