I really need to speak with and Agebt if UMBA bank because ever since 3days now I can't make transfer out of my account is just telling processing or most times it shows pending then it reverts back to my account why

Dear Umba, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with your loan service. I borrowed money from your app, and I was not able to transfer the funds from my Umba Wallet to my bank account. I have tried several times to make the transfer, but the system keeps giving me an error message. This has caused me a great deal of inconvenience, as I was counting on these funds to meet my financial obligations.

I have been on this app for long now and my account have been. Freeze with my money inside just like that and I have been complaining for the last two weeks now nobody is ready to assist me. Am not close to any of this nearest place for complain I only have this on my phone so please I need help to unfreeze my account and to transfer my money am taking my rate back since you guy are not helpful.

Unable to verify sms code received yet it is correct. This app used to work fine in the past but since modifications were done i have never logged into my account
