Multiple App Crashes (Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max)
Good app, but have been experiencing multiple app crashes per session, approximately 2-3 app crashes every 2-4 minutes. I simply close out the app and restart, but it gets frustrating. It's been happening for a few months now.

Online checkin
Unable to check in online and was required to go through airport line just to make sure I did not have a carry on the airline could charge me for. I gave them the answer while trying to check in online but I guess system did not believe me. Delta, American, etc does not require this.

Baggage fees
Inbound flight for baggage fees was 90$ and additional fee for overweight was additional 200 for 23lbs this is very disappointing for a domestic flight. First time travel with United Airlines and last time.No Thanks

Often have to call
I often have to call United and speak to an agent since the app doesn't work that well for details like seat selection.

Crashes, more crashes and crashes again
App is totally unstable on my iphone 14 Pro. Randomly crashes doing various functions, getting flight status, airport maps, even watching entertainment. It seems to be getting worse and worse with every release.
